Stars and Strikes Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Facility Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment environment.

As a Facility Manager, you must demonstrate excellent guest service skills while ensuring the overall maintenance of the building and proper operation of mechanical systems.

The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day technical integrity of the center and its equipment. Additionally, they oversee administrative tasks such as staff scheduling and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies, including OSHA safety procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least two years of experience in mechanical operations or janitorial duties.
• At least two years of experience managing a team.
• Electrical, plumbing, or building experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume environment or hospitality is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Order janitorial supplies and manage inventory.
• Order and maintain pinsetter parts and inventory.
• Maintain pinsetters.
• Assess workplace hazards.
• Maintain lighting and overall facility cleanliness and maintenance.
