Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Support campus initiatives, events, and projects related to facilities needs.
  2. Manage equipment and supplies to meet standards.
  3. Plan and coordinate installations, development, and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and projects.
  4. Inspect structures for repairs or renovations.
  5. Review utility consumption to minimize costs.
  6. Supervise vendors and contractors (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.).
  7. Handle work orders, systems management, HVAC access controls, and space management.
  8. Perform budget analysis and forecasting as needed.
MUST-HAVES
  1. Active participation in a church, demonstrating a lifestyle of inviting others, volunteering, generosity, and community focus.
  2. Highly organized and solution-oriented.
  3. Proficiency in Google Drive/Docs.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage, motivate, and direct people.
  6. Quick analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Basic knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
  8. Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize.
  9. Willingness to drive and travel occasionally.
NICE-TO-HAVES
  1. Experience in non-profit or ministry environments.
  2. Construction or project management experience.
DAY-TO-DAY
  1. Typically, work Sunday through Thursday, with in-office hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM Monday to Thursday. Sundays involve supporting worship experiences or volunteering.
  2. After-hours and on-call duties are expected to support campus needs.
  3. The role is fast-paced, requiring adaptability and quick pivoting to meet weekend needs.
