Job Summary and Description

Responsible for providing administrative support to management staff, including processing payment applications, preparing direct pays for disbursements, and preparing monthly reports.

This position is temporary with an expected end date of 12/19/2025. Continuation depends on funding and departmental needs.

Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent (GED).
  • Five years of related experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Seven years of related experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability through the organization’s insurers.

Motor Vehicle Report, background check, and drug screen are required.
