Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on commercial and industrial building systems. You will document work in the CMMS and ensure safe, reliable operation while collaborating with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MA Refrigeration Journeyman License required in Massachusetts.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift/OSHA certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs; assist with complex repairs.
• Maintain safe work practices and document activities in CMMS.
• Provide professional communication with occupants, vendors, and team members.
• Support safety, compliance, and facility improvements as needed.
