Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• 4 years’ experience and/or training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to interpret instructions and write routine reports; proficient with MS Word and email.
• Experience operating work order systems and Building Automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform required PMs and repairs on facility equipment.
• Conduct shift rounds to identify issues and document performance.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, life safety, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Operate and maintain transformers, motors, MCC panels, VFDs, and related components.
• Document work results in CMMS and communicate status to customers.
• May manage maintenance projects and supervise subcontractors.
