Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive maintenance and inspections on facility systems.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
• Proficient in documenting work in CMMS and maintaining records.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Commitment to safety, OSHA guidelines, and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on facility and building equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems; assist senior technicians.
• Document work activities in CMMS and report deficiencies.
• Communicate status and impacts to occupants and management.
• Support safety protocols, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with vendor and contractor activities and site projects.
