Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial/industrial equipment. The role requires strong communication, ownership, and a proactive approach to equipment care.

Responsibilities include rounds, troubleshooting HVAC/electrical/plumbing, ordering parts, and documenting in the CMMS while coordinating with the site team. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform required PMs and repairs on facility equipment.
• Conduct shift rounds and document performance.
• Order parts and manage vendor communications.
• Document results in the CMMS and update PM lists.
• Support project work and coordinate with subcontractors.
