Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support maintenance operations at Ringgold, GA.

The role responds to work orders, troubleshoots issues, and performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, fixtures, and systems to keep facilities safe and operational. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting technicians, creating work orders in CMMS, and performing routine maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience is required.
• Demonstrated understanding of mechanical maintenance concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders and perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Assist technicians and facility attendants in maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Create and update work orders in the CMMS.
• Inspect and repair building fixtures, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components as needed.
• Review documentation and help develop process documentation for QA/QC.
• Promote safety practices and ensure compliance with contract standards.
