You will respond to work orders, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and building systems to keep facilities safe and fully operational. Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on plumbing experience.
• 2-3 years QA/QC experience preferred.
• Journeyman electrician or HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience in industrial/large commercial or logistics environments preferred.
• Good standing with state licensing board.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to work orders and hot/cold calls with timely service and feedback.
• Assist technicians and facility attendants in maintenance tasks.
• Create/update work orders in CMMS as assigned.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Inspect and repair fixtures, lighting, doors, and signs.
• Promote safety practices and comply with procedures.
