Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• DOT certification (can be sponsored by U-Haul).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and roof checks at various sites.
• Use hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with other technicians on complex projects.
• Complete work requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Track company truck usage and gas card.
• Engage in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
