Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a motivated Facility Maintenance Technician in Findlay, Ohio. In this role, you will maintain and build new buildings, conducting repairs and general maintenance tasks. Candidates should have experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
• Valid driver's license.
• D.O.T certification (U-Haul can sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair and service.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and semiannual roof inspections.
• Work effectively with hand/power tools.
• Collaborate with other technicians for complex projects.
• Complete work requests professionally and timely.
