Job summary

DSV is hiring a Facility Specialist, Maintenance to ensure safe and efficient facility operations. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections across plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, and custodial areas.

The role supports site operations and collaborates with management to keep equipment in optimal condition. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year facilities maintenance experience, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must have at least one year of general facilities, systems maintenance, and repair work experience.
• Able to read and follow manufacturer's instruction manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the condition of the building and equipment and perform general maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems.
• Inspect, repair, and report on facility equipment; assist other departments as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and maintain a safe work site during repairs or maintenance.
