Job summary

SP+ is hiring at our Washington state location for a facility maintenance role involved in cleaning, upkeep, and customer interaction. The role requires no special schooling beyond a high school diploma and may require a valid driver’s license.

Shift flexibility, including possible 3rd shift or weekend work, is required. In this position you will perform maintenance tasks, operate cleaning equipment, spot safety issues, and assist customers while maintaining a neat, safe facility environment for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record required.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per facility checklists to keep areas clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify and correct maintenance issues and ensure proper gate operations.
• Maintain garage/lot sweep sheet and inventory janitorial supplies; operate basic cleaning equipment as needed.
• Assist customers within the facility and resolve complaints with supervisor support when necessary.
