Job summary

SP+ in Tukwila, WA is hiring a facility maintenance and customer-facing team member. You’ll perform cleaning, light maintenance, and safety checks in a busy garage, assist customers, and help ensure smooth entry and exit operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for 3rd shift or weekends. Training is provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license
• Availability for third shift and/or weekends as needed
• Ability to read, write and interpret English
• Ability to provide customer service, maintain professionalism and adapt to changes

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per facility checklists
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance problems
• Sweep and clean entrances, exits, and rest rooms
• Empty trashcans and maintain cleanliness of garage, booth and office
• Replace bulbs and manage minor repairs as directed
• Submit repair or maintenance requests
• Provide ticket and record counts to Manager and assist with cashier duties if needed
• Maintain neat uniform appearance and cover other duties as assigned
