Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in facility maintenance.
• Experience coordinating maintenance schedules and work assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and solve complex maintenance problems.
• Experience with CMMS/FMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and oversee maintenance technicians.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor daily activities.
• Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance are completed safely and on schedule.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor performance and identify process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting.
• Coordinate vendor services and inspections as needed.
