Job summary
Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility maintenance operations and ensure our buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained. This is a working leadership role balancing hands-on oversight with planning, reporting, and team leadership.
You will supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, manage work orders in the Facility Maintenance System, and promote safety and regulatory compliance across
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating maintenance schedules and work assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance/work order systems
Responsibilities
- Lead Daily Maintenance Operations
- Supervise and support maintenance technicians and other facility personnel
- Prioritize, assign, and monitor daily maintenance activities
- Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members
- Maintain Facility Systems & Equipment
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems and infrastructure
