Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations and coordinate preventive maintenance across facilities. You will supervise technicians, prioritize work, and ensure safe, efficient repairs and inspections.

You will balance hands-on oversight with planning, reporting, and team leadership, driving reliability and compliance across the site in Dallas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in facility maintenance. Alternative combos allowed (e.g., Bachelor’s with 3+ years).
• Experience coordinating maintenance schedules and work assignments.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making in a fast-paced facility environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CMMS/Facility Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians and facility personnel.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure repairs and preventive maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting using FMS/CMMS.
