Job summary

COX HEALTHCARE LTD is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain facility machinery and equipment, ensuring critical systems run reliably. You will perform painting, landscaping, carpentry, pest control, and other upkeep tasks; troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems; schedule repairs; and develop preventative maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

Must have broad maintenance experience across mechanical and electrical systems.
Familiar with using power tools and hand tools safely.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems and safety regulations.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and multiple work orders daily.
Comfort with painting, carpentry, landscaping, and pest-control tasks.

Responsibilities

Survey facilities and buildings and repair mechanical and electrical systems to meet health and safety standards.
Maintain electrical systems: change bulbs, sockets, and circuit panels.
Repair heating and plumbing components.
Repair doors, locks, closets, and controllers.
Paint walls and plaster surfaces to maintain interior and exterior.
Document fire suppression systems and alarms for safety.
Undertake pest control activities when necessary.
Support landscaping, carpentry, and painting tasks.
Assist in routine maintenance activities.
Participate in safety and technical training programs.
Assist other maintenance teams in maintenance activities.
