Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of frame and finish carpentry tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and visualize architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of building materials and finishes and their uses.
• Ability to estimate materials and costs for construction and renovation projects.
• Skill in using carpentry, painting, roofing tools and equipment.
• May require hazardous material assessment and removal, including asbestos.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and management.

• Perform journey-level carpentry and related building maintenance tasks.
• Follow sketches and specifications for construction work.
• Assist in governor events and special project support as needed.
• Operate construction equipment such as Tow Motor, Genie Lift, and Lull Lift.
• Provide a wide range of building trade services as required by Facility Management.
