- High school diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Ability to read and visualize architectural plans, drawings and specs.
- Knowledge of building materials, finishes, and carpentry tools/techniques.
Responsibilities
- Perform journey-level frame and finish carpentry and related tasks per sketches/specifications.
- Operate lifts and construction equipment as needed for building maintenance.
- Assist in hazardous material handling and safety compliance.
- Support events and routine maintenance to ensure safe facilities.
