Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations of a single facility, manage its P&L, and drive efficiency across production, quality, maintenance, and planning. You will lead cross-functional teams, implement process improvements, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while aligning with corporate strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years applicable manufacturing operations experience
• Experience managing a book of business of $150m or more
• Strong understanding of client expectations and 100% satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
• Experience with Oracle and Change Management software

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling and forecasting
• Monitor production metrics like output, efficiency, and scrap rates
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure product consistency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and new technologies
• Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including cost control and expense management
• Analyze financial data to identify cost reduction and profit optimization
• Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement activities
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of supervisors and production personnel
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance
• Identify strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity
