  • Support financial and operational activities including budgetary requests, cost savings initiatives, procurement coordination, data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Provide coordination and support for events, meetings, conference facilities, and guest services while managing building access, mail services, office supplies, and equipment maintenance
  • Act as onsite point of contact for emergencies and after-hours calls, demonstrating leadership and creativity in resolving spontaneous situations with professionalism and service orientation
Required qualifications:

  • Strong computer knowledge base with advanced technical proficiency and ability to quickly adapt to new devices, technology, and applications
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and building positive relationships
  • Excellent organizational and process management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally with diverse audiences including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter while demonstrating strong prioritization, time management, and sound judgment in varied situations
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with building systems and facilities knowledge in commercial real estate or corporate office environments
  • Background supporting facility management audits, compliance standards, and key performance indicator tracking
  • Familiarity with service level agreements, budget management, financial analysis, and cost savings initiatives
