Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold a safe, clean, and fully operational club environment. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and ensure a high-quality member experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and safety systems, plus documenting maintenance logs and working with management to promptly address work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals and technical docs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete preventative maintenance on fitness equipment and club facilities.
• Repair or coordinate repairs for cardio, strength, tanning, HydroMassage, and other club amenities.
