Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Workplace Services Manager Level 1 to support the facilities organization at a Wisconsin location. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, hospitality, and workplace services delivery that aligns with client goals and safety standards.

Responsibilities include managing reception, events, life-safety, engineering, and general maintenance, while ensuring a positive employee and guest experience and compliance with contract terms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service, hospitality, or reception experience is preferred.
• Experience in security, facilities, or access control environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of facilities and campus are implemented per Cushman & Wakefield policies and client directives.
• Provide warm, clear communication with employees, guests, hosts, and vendors to meet requests.
• Ensure reception coverage during business hours and assist employees.
• Support Lost & Found and luggage management per procedures.
• Perform general office duties including mail, shipping, wayfinding, tours, and logistics support.
• Give a warm welcome to visitors and ensure badge protocol is followed.
• Assist Executives and VIPs with meeting setup, catering, and supplies.
• Respond to building maintenance requests and coordinate contract programs to resolve issues.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering, subcontractors, and vendors; report on status.
• Request and review bids/proposals; verify final invoice pricing and payments.
