Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of facilities management experience.
• Experience coordinating facility projects, vendors, maintenance activities, and client requirements.
• Experience with CMMS or similar work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and maintain facility appearance.
• Serve as liaison among client, landlord, and service providers.
• Coordinate facility projects including workspace improvements and equipment installations.
• Monitor work orders and maintain CMMS records.
• Review invoices and assist with budget adherence.
• Support emergency preparedness and safety programs.
