Job summary

The Scion Group is hiring a Facilities Technician to maintain and repair our properties. You will respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare apartments for turnovers, while ensuring safety and customer service excellence.

In a dynamic, collegiate setting, you will execute repairs, document work, and manage supplies. The role requires physical stamina, a valid license, and flexibility for after-hours or weekend emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or intent to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Safety procedures knowledge and reliability with deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition following SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Prepare apartments for turnovers and document work completed.
• Assist in completing service requests and track supplies.
• Provide excellent resident service and professional communication.
• Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical tasks as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
