Qualifications

• Two to five years mechanical experience in building trades.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems.
• HS diploma or higher with applicable certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot and service plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Complete work orders, submit reports, and maintain service documentation.
• Interact with customers to support satisfaction and professional service.
• Travel between properties and work with support teams to ensure quality.
• Obtain materials and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA guidelines at all times.
