Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to sustain the property's physical integrity and support the Facility Operations Manager. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and coordination with vendors to keep the site running smoothly.

Responsibilities include preventive and emergency maintenance, safety compliance, and on-call coverage. The role requires strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and light HVAC, with a focus on operational reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years full-time maintenance experience.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.
• Ability to professionally represent the company.
• Supply basic tools.
• Able to work on-call and extended hours (including after hours and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Conduct all maintenance work, service requests, inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure work is completed safely, promptly and professionally.
• Communicate concerns to Facility management in a timely manner.
• Prepare maintenance reports and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, tools and supplies.
• Coordinate with grounds vendors and other service providers.
• Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures.
