Qualifications

• Two to five years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Must possess applicable licenses, certifications, and a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and procedures; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Maintains and services plumbing systems, drains, hot water, boilers, and related components.
• Installs piping and process lines per established standards.
• Completes service inspections and asset inspections as needed.
• Creates and submits service reports and quality inspection images.
• Maintains timely communication with customers and internal teams.
