Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years of mechanical experience in building trades preferred.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry is required or equivalent.
• Ability to read instructions, safety policies, and document work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks and cosmetic repairs.
• Operate handheld devices to access work orders and submit reports.
