Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a multi-trade maintenance technician to deliver preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine services across assigned client sites.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and painting tasks as needed, using a company van to travel between locations. The role requires 2–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read and complete work orders and service reports.

Qualifications

• Two to five years mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, or carpentry work.
• Ability to read instructions and write routine reports.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs per work order.
• Self-performs plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Completes service inspections and asset inspections.
• Creates service reports and quality inspection images.
• Travel between client sites in a company van.
