Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to deliver on-site services across commercial properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations using carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC skills.

A company vehicle and tools are provided for visits to client sites. Weekly travel between sites requires strong customer interaction and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Two to five years mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Travel between properties delivering services with a company vehicle.
• Read and follow work orders, safety policies, and procedures.
• Utilize handheld devices to document services and submit reports.
