Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to deliver preventative and corrective maintenance across multiple commercial properties. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, using a company vehicle and reporting through standard service processes.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting assets, and maintaining safety and compliance while delivering quality workmanship andcustomer satisfaction at diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Two to five years mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Must possess applicable certifications, licenses, and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety policies, operation manuals, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Self performs plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related maintenance tasks.
• Maintains and repairs drains, hot water systems, boilers, and piping systems.
• Creates service reports and submits timesheets and logs.
• Drives to multiple customer sites and interacts with clients to ensure satisfaction.
