Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services seeks a skilled technician to deliver preventive maintenance, repair and support across multiple customer sites. You will perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, manage work orders, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced facilities environment.

This role requires 2–5 years of mechanical experience, relevant certifications, and a current driver’s license. Daily local travel to properties is expected as part of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of mechanical experience including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Must possess applicable certifications and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read instructions, write routine reports, and present information.
• Experience with building trades and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Performs minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks as needed.
• Maintains client facilities to like-new condition and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Uses handheld devices and systems to submit work orders, reports, and timesheets.
