Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to assist in operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs across commercial properties. You will work on building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment, performing preventative tasks and addressing urgent maintenance needs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related property maintenance experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.
• Shift work and possible overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Repair finishes such as ceiling tiles, doors, walls, and paint as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests promptly.
• Inspect facilities for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and perform preventative tasks.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Be prepared to work on-call, overtime, or extended shifts when necessary.
• Possess basic tool handling knowledge and safe work habits.
