Job summary

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, documentation, and collaboration with the facilities team and client. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and thriving in a dynamic on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist facilities team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and painting.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Set up/tear down rooms for events and move furniture as needed.
• Inspect campus and maintain clean, safe environment and inventory.
• Complete work orders in CMMS and document services.
