Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Technician for an on-site role in Kingston, NY. The position supports maintenance and repair of buildings and systems, with responsibilities across carpentry, light HVAC, plumbing and painting, and CMMS work orders.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and respond promptly to on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing or carpentry.
• Trade school or military training or college is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to climb ladders up to 30 ft.
• Ability to respond to site within 60 minutes for on-call rotation.
• Strong customer service skills and on-site reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the on-site Facilities team in the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, light HVAC, plumbing and painting.
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain service documentation.
• Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe condition.
• Work closely under the Facility Manager and Chief Engineer.
• Participate in on-call or emergency response as needed.
