Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician II, Maintenance to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department in our Mesa facility. You will perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance on production equipment including HVAC, conveyors, and building systems, reporting to the Director of Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities cover equipment troubleshooting, safety compliance, data entry in Maintenance Connection, and collaboration with production teams to minimize

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to enter and manage data in CMMS and create maintenance records.
• Clear communication in English, bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance on production equipment.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas following 5S principles.
• Document maintenance activities and update records in Maintenance Connection.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and optimize processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
• Calibrate and test equipment for accuracy and quality compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and equipment breakdowns promptly.
