Job summary

Hims & Hers in Beloit, OH is seeking a Facilities Technician, Maintenance to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance team. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance to critical warehouse equipment, including HVAC, compressors and forklifts, under the direction of the Director of Industrial Engineering.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of PLCs and CMMS, and formal training in electrical, mechanical, plumbing or HVAC trades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience in maintenance, facilities, or related field.
• Formal training in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC trades.
• Experience troubleshooting and documenting maintenance data.
• Ability to use CMMS and PLC-based equipment.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance – perform corrective, preventive and planned maintenance on production equipment (HVAC, conveyors, shelving, forklifts).
• Building Maintenance – perform minor repairs on doors, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Safety and cleanliness – adhere to 5S, identify hazards and maintain safe work practices.
• Record Keeping – maintain work orders and data in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and drive process improvements.
