Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Facilities Technician, Maintenance in New Albany, OH to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance on critical production equipment in the warehouse and interact with a supervisor regularly to receive guidance.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, perform calibration/testing, and ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in maintenance/facilities or related field.
• Experience with predictive/preventive maintenance methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and planned maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and equipment.
• Ensure safety, 5S practices and compliance with energy policies.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and use CMMS to track work orders.
