Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an Area Manager, Maintenance Facilities to lead a team of technicians responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse equipment, HVAC, and building systems. You will manage safety, efficiency, and data records to support continuous operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership of a mid-sized team, cross-functional collaboration, and implementing predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime while upholding high safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or field with related skills.
• 3+ years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
• Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
• Experience using CMMS and PLC systems is preferred.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills for maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians in corrective, preventive and planned maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform building maintenance and minor repairs to ensure facility operations.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards in all work areas.
• Calibrate and test equipment for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain records of work orders and equipment data.
• Communicate safety risks and operational issues to management.
