Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Maintenance Controls Technician to support the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance Department at our Indiana facility. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, troubleshoot complex control systems, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

You will coordinate with supervision on non-routine tasks, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems with machinery without supervision.
• Ability to document predictive/preventive maintenance charts and data.
• Ability to travel to other sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot motion control and electro-mechanical systems.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow 5S and safety policies.
• Record-keeping of work orders and maintenance data.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
