Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician Il to ensure a safe, well-maintained store environment across Nordstrom Rack locations in the New York area.

You will support the Area Facility Manager, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, and manage parts and vendor communications. The role requires 5–7 years in facilities maintenance, strong safety discipline, and the ability to work with minimal supervision and multiple deadlines.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years hands-on facilities maintenance experience with emphasis in mechanical maintenance.
• 5+ years experience with predictive and preventative maintenance.
• 5+ years HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting of basic I/O and low voltage signals.
• Ability to work unsupervised and meet multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS and Coupa.
