Job summary

The candidate will work with store leadership, coordinate with vendors, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining accurate records in the CMMS. A strong background in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or higher preferred.
• 5-7 years hands-on facilities experience with emphasis in mechanical maintenance.
• 5+ years of predictive and preventive maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical repair experience.
• Able to troubleshoot basic input/output and low voltage signals.
• Experience with CMMS and Coupa procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform preventive maintenance on critical and non-critical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Operate and monitor building controls and systems.
• EMCS alarm troubleshooting and verification of building operation.
• Lead equipment rounds and identify/mitigate malfunctions.
• Assist with parts ordering, vendor management, and meetings.
• Promote safe work environment following LOTO, PPE, and safety rules.
• Document maintenance in CMMS and maintain parts inventories.
• Assist FM with training new employees.
