Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years of full-time maintenance exp.
• HVAC certification (EPA 608 Core, Type I-III) required.
• CPO certification or intent to obtain within six months.
• Must have clear communication and driver’s license.

• Maintain property condition per SOPs, OSHA and industry standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to assets and life safety systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and schedule work through the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely, professional manner.
