Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician II at Noble 2500 in Austin, Texas. This role maintains and repairs the property's systems, supports preventive maintenance, and ensures safety and hospitality standards for residents.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC certification, CPO or plan to obtain, and strong problem-solving skills to operate BAS, Entrata, and CMMS systems effectively. The position offers benefits and on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification/EPA 608 (Core, Type I-III).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of key management and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in BAS, Entrata and CMMS for logging service requests and completed work.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property per SOP and OSHA standards.
• Perform physically demanding work to maintain assets.
• Operate monitoring/diagnostics for life safety systems and major building equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance objectives with the Supervisor and vendors.
