QTS Data Centers seeks a Site Services Technician I to perform essential building maintenance and support a 24x7 data center environment on-site in Virginia. You will assist with repairs, monitoring, and safety compliance.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift, use hand tools, and operate CMMS; it includes inventory management and collaboration with vendors. On-call duties may apply; benefits included.

Qualifications

• GED, High School Diploma, Trade School, Military or equivalency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic tools.
• Ability to lift and work from ladders or scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Assists with repair and maintenance of building interiors and exteriors.
• Monitors building systems operations and performs routine data assessments.
• Performs tests, rounds and data analysis to ensure proper equipment functioning.
• Responds to weather-related issues and debris.
• Maintains safe work environment and adheres to hazardous materials policies.
