Job summary

Centennial-Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform diverse maintenance tasks across multiple branch locations. The role includes carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC basics, and preventative care, with emphasis on safety and timely repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with relevant trade experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints and operate common tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant trade training or on-the-job training.
• At least 5 years related experience or training in maintenance or trades.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow diagrams.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Safety awareness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry repairs of structures and fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical repair work for switches, outlets, and lighting.
• Identify and repair plumbing leaks or clogs and maintain lines.
• Repair and maintain hot water heaters and appliances.
• Maintain HVAC knowledge and simple repairs.
• Respond to emergencies during/after hours to resolve safety concerns.
• Complete assigned tickets in Service Now.
• Move furniture and equipment and maintain storage/warehouse areas.
• Snow/ice removal and lot maintenance.
• Maintain and protect assigned laptop and basic locksmith duties.
