Job summary

Centennial Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Marathon, FL to provide maintenance services across branches. You will perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety tasks while keeping tools and vehicles in good order and responding to emergencies.

The role includes completing Service Now tickets, moving furniture, and maintaining clean, safe work sites, with the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and to obtain basic locksmith duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 5 years related experience or training; 2 years related management experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in varied conditions.
• Basic math and reading comprehension for maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry repairs to structures and furnishings.
• Perform basic electrical repairs for switches, outlets, and lighting.
• Address plumbing leaks, unclog lines, and maintain fixtures.
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems and appliances.
• Complete service tickets via Service Now.
• Move and arrange office furniture and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work sites.
• Respond to emergencies during and after hours.
• Snow and ice removal and parking lot maintenance.
