Job summary

Cornerstone Bank is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I, II or III to help keep branch facilities safe, functional and well-maintained. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and handle general upkeep across Central Massachusetts locations.

The role requires independence, strong problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and respond to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year facilities maintenance experience.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Perform minor carpentry, concrete, flooring, painting and drywall repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance across building systems.
• Diagnose and resolve facility issues; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Travel to branch locations to respond to maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records using maintenance software.
